Beach
Front Condo is located in San Jose del Cabo in
Baja California, Mexico where the Pacific meets the
Sea of Cortez.
 Las
Olas was completed earlier this summer.
Our Condo was Professionally decorated by Paul Chamberlain, one of the areas premier
interior decorators. Located on the ground floor you
are only 20 feet from the pool and 50 feet from the white
sand and Ocean, Costa Azul offers.
You can walk for miles along the beach, enjoying the beautiful weather, the soft sand, shell hunting, and the scenery. The condo's beach is the top surfing spot in Baja. The 2002 Oxbow World Long board Championship event was held on our beach. If you don't surf the beach is the areas safest for swimming and snorkeling. The top beach bar/restaurant, Zippers is a 2 minute walk up the beach. |

Just minutes up the
corridor is the quiet, relaxing downtown area of San Jose del Cabo.
20 minutes down the corridor is the exciting town of Cabo San
Lucas with all it's night life. There are 5 world class golf courses
along the corridor. Whales migrate from January
through April. The fishing is second to none.
Explore the desert, or travel up the beautiful East
Cape.
